And right now, the National Hurricane Center is tracking Potential Tropical Cyclone One-C - a system forecast to arrive as a strong tropical storm over the Hawaiian Islands this weekend.

If any of those travelers are yours, the next 72 hours are a duty of care test. Here is what the forecast says, what the airlines are doing, and the exact checklist your organization should run through - aligned to ISO 31030 - before the first heavy band hits.
